bogdanbaciu.com is a personal site operated by Bogdan Baciu. By using the site or subscribing to the email or SMS messaging program described below, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or subscribe.
Use of the site.
Content on bogdanbaciu.com — essays, notes, frameworks, and code snippets — is provided for general informational purposes. It is not professional, financial, legal, or medical advice, and it does not create any client or advisory relationship. You use the content at your own risk. I try to be accurate but I make no warranty that the content is error-free, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
Messaging program (SMS).
Program description. The bogdanbaciu.com messaging program sends short notifications when I publish a new post on the site. Subscribers who opt in to SMS receive the post title and a link.
How to opt in. Visit
bogdanbaciu.com/thoughts#subscribe, enter
your mobile number, check the SMS channel, and tick the
consent checkbox. You will then receive a one-time confirmation message;
click the link inside it to finalize your opt-in. You can also
opt in by texting START to +1 817 835 6868.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on how often I publish — typically a few messages per month, sometimes none.
Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. bogdanbaciu.com does not charge for messages.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any SMS
message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single
confirmation that you have been opted out and no further messages will be
sent. To resubscribe, reply START or visit the
signup form again. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email, and
vice versa.

Supported carriers. The program works with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Phone numbers collected for the messaging program are used only to deliver the messages you've asked for. They are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See the privacy policy for full details.
Email program.
If you opt in to the email channel, you'll receive new posts by email. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; clicking it removes you from the email channel immediately. Unsubscribing from email does not opt you out of SMS.

Limitation of liability.
